TOKTOKHAN.DEV is the office of "똑똑한개발자들" (Toktokhan Developers), a software development studio that builds digital products for brand-side clients. Located in Seogyo-dong, near Hongdae, the 550 sqm space is designed to support the day-long, deeply focused working life of an engineering team — while also leaving room for the unstructured collaboration that creative software work depends on.

The material palette is deliberately quiet. Laminated glass partitions allow visual transparency between teams without sacrificing acoustic privacy; carpet softens the floor against long hours of focused work; paint forms a calm, monochromatic backdrop that lets each developer's screen, project, and conversation become the foreground of the space. Color and ornament are intentionally withheld so that the work itself can hold the visual weight.

The plan interleaves long open-plan worklines with smaller meeting alcoves and lounge zones, allowing developers to move fluidly between solo concentration, pair collaboration, and group review. The result is an office that respects both the long arc of focused engineering work and the short, frequent exchanges that bring digital products into being.

물성은 의도적으로 조용합니다. 라미네이트 글래스 파티션은 음향적 프라이버시를 희생하지 않으면서 팀 간 시각적 투명함을 허용하고, 카펫은 긴 집중의 시간 동안 바닥을 부드럽게 받쳐줍니다. 페인트는 차분한 모노크롬 배경을 형성하여, 각 개발자의 화면, 프로젝트, 대화가 공간의 전경이 될 수 있도록 합니다. 색과 장식은 의도적으로 절제되어, 작업 그 자체가 시각적 무게를 가질 수 있도록 합니다.

평면은 긴 오픈 워크라인과 작은 미팅 알코브, 라운지 영역을 교차시켜, 개발자들이 단독 집중과 페어 협업, 그룹 리뷰 사이를 유연하게 이동할 수 있도록 합니다. 그 결과로, 사무실은 깊은 엔지니어링 작업의 긴 호흡과 디지털 프로덕트를 만들어내는 짧고 잦은 교환 모두를 존중하는 환경이 됩니다.
